- What is the CVV2?
- CVV2 stands for Card Verification Value. It is sometimes referred to as the "CID" or "Cardmember ID". It is a 3 or 4 digit number on the credit card to help verify you have possession of the card when making a purchase. Click here to get more details.
- How can I tell if I am registered?
- To check to see if you have registered previously go to login page and enter your email address, choose "Registered User" and "Dive In". If the error message "Invalid password please try again" appears, your email address has been registered before and you just need to locate your password.
- How to I add an item to my shopping cart?
- To keep track of items in your cart our website requires that we have a user
profile. To do this...
- Click the "Log in" button which is located under the "Shopping" button in the upper left hand corner. (if you were trying to add an item to your cart, but weren't logged in you would be directed to the login page.)
- If you have already registered click the "Registered User" button, give us your email and password and click the "Continue" button.
- If you haven't previously registered click the "New User" button and give us a valid email address.
- Choose a password to protect your information and click the "Continue" button.
- If you used the "Log in" button you will be directed to the main page.
- If you were adding an item when you will be directed to the login page you will be taken to your newly created shopping cart and your item should appear in it.
- When you are logged in the upper right hand corner should say "Welcome".
- I can't find an item that I see in my catalog.
- We are currently upgrading our site's searching abilities, but in the meantime you can use our "Quick Find" feature. Enter the product# from the catalog
(include the dash) and click the "Find" button. This should take you to a
description of that item.

- You can find our shipping options available under the "Shipping" button located under the "Help" button located in the upper left hand corner.
- I can't seem to click on the buttons that slide out when I click on "Shopping" or "Help". Am I doing something wrong?
- When you click either button, keep your mouse positioned over the buttons that are appearing. If your mouse leaves that area the button is designed to quickly close
